Victoria Willox

Victoria Willox serves as the Assistant for Global Policy and Domestic Policy at the George W. Bush Institute. She supports the policy teams to advance initiatives that promote free societies and expand opportunities for all.

Before joining the Bush Institute, Willox interned with the International Programs Division at Freedom House in Washington, D.C., where she supported the Vice President of International Programs and conducted research on democratic backsliding.

A Dallas native, Willox earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College, where she also minored in marketing and international studies with a concentration in cultures at work.
