Trecia Sylvester, Senior Accountant, joined the George W. Bush Presidential Center in January 2023. In this role, she works directly with Concur processes and closing the accounting periods.
Previously, she served as the Chief Accountant for Helen Farabee Centers, a non-profit organization. Prior to joining Helen Farabee Centers, Sylvester worked in the Accounting Department at Grenada Development Bank in the Caribbean.
Sylvester was born and raised in a small Caribbean Island called Grenada. She graduated from T.A. Marryshow Community College with an associate degree in Accounting. She started her undergrad degree at St. George’s University in Grenada before transferring to Midwestern State University in Texas. At MSU Texas, Sylvester graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting and energy management. She resides in Dallas. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
