Kelley Jiou is the Director of Leadership and Programming at the George W. Bush Institute. In this role she oversees the strategy, operations, and logistics of the Presidential Leadership Scholars and the Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program.
Prior to joining the Leadership and Programming team at the Bush Institute, Jiou was Deputy Development Director of Strategy and Special Projects for the George W. Bush Presidential Center where she managed the strategy and stewardship execution of the $300M A Charge to Keep endowment campaign, as well as the Bush Center’s largest annual event, the Forum on Leadership. Prior to her time at the Bush Center, she worked for United States Senator John Cornyn (TX) spearheading his constituent service work with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and the Internal Revenue Service.
Jiou is a native Texan and received her bachelor’s degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Plano, Texas, with her husband and son.
