Baseball is deeply rooted in the heart of American culture. This evening explored the sport with a panel of baseball insiders discussing their favorite memories and the current state of play.
Moderated by Talmage Boston, Dallas attorney and author of 1939: Baseball’s Tipping Point and Baseball and the Baby Boomer, the panel included Dr. Bobby Brown, physician and former third baseman for the Yankees and American League President, Paul Rogers, SMU law professor and author, Dale Petroskey, former president of the Baseball Hall of Fame, Tom Schieffer, former U.S. Ambassador and former president of the Rangers; and Kevin Sherrington, sports columnist for the Dallas Morning News.
